SEFAP II PROJECTt
he Somalia Emergency Food Assistance Project (SEFAP 11) was designed to address the immediate food needs for the most vulnerable IDPs (Including returnees and those affected by internal evictions), refugees’ and poor host communities in the districts of Afmadow and Badhade in the Lower Juba Region of Somalia from September 2015 to June 2016.
Somali Emergency Response program (SERP)
Somali Emergency Response program (SERP) was eight-month project starting from 1st November 2015 to 1st July 2016. The project was implemented in three sites of Dobley, Diff and Degelema in Afmadow district in lower Juba of southern Somalia targeting the vulnerable groups both the host and the IDPs.
CENTRAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE FUND (CERF)
CERF in partnership with IOM funded a WASH project which was implemented by WASDA in Dhobley town from November 2015-june 2016 with duration of 8 months. The CERF project targeted target beneficiaries of 10,000 among the area population of 74,850 living in and around Dhobley.
SOMALI REINTEGRATION PROJECT (SRP)
WASDA in partnership with GIZ and Jubbaland government Ministry of Gender, Family affairs and Human rights is seeking to provide support to the Women Development Center in Kismayo.
RESILIENCE IN THE HORN (RITH)
330 Households (1,957 beneficiaries) returnees referred by UNHCR were supported with cash grant for two months .
